OVERVIEW
The Menalon Trail is the first hiking path in Greece that won the Leading Quality Trail (LQT) award of the European Ramblers Associations ( ERA ). It is 75 km long and passes through nine villages. This daily hiking trip starts from the traditional village of Elati and finish at Vitina. The hiking route goes through the rich in flora and history western part of the Menalon Mountain – in the region of Arkadia, in the center of the Peloponese.

It is one of the most beautiful segments of the Menalon Trail as we walk at some point parallel to the Mylaon river bank. It is an easy path with plenty of signs which leads to the larger village of Vitina.

Non-experienced hikers may also take part in this trip. You do not need any special physical condition other than the basic one, and the route can be easily completed by people who have not hiked again.
Equipment
For this trip, you do not need any particular hiking equipment with you. Just wear the proper,
mountain wise clothes and shoes, according to the weather conditions.
How it works?
It is very simple. You chose the date and we will pick you up 8:00. We depart for Elati and specifically for the starting point of the hike. The vehicle will be waiting for us at the end of our hike to transfer us back to Athens.
Our return is estimated at 20:00.

Payments terms:
- 50% down payment after receiving the confirmation e-mail for your reservation
- Payment of rest 50% five days before trip
In case of non-payment, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
In the event of cancellation for any reason, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation up to 5 days before departure: Refund of the entire deposit minus 15 € for administrative expenses
Cancellation up to 2 days: 50% of the tour cost
For cancellation one day before departure or non-show: 100% of the tour cost.
In case the company cancel the trip for any reason, 100% of the entire deposit will be refunded without any administrative expenses.
